A skid steer and its attachment must be of compatible sizes and weights. Attaching a tool that is too large or heavy for the skid steer could inhibit its mobility or damage its hydraulics system. Excessive attachment weight can also pose a tipping hazard.

Check the OMM and specifications lists to confirm that the skid steer is large enough and has a high enough lifting capacity to support the attachment given its size and weight.
