Stinger Attachments warrants each new product manufactured by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Twenty-Four (24) months from date of delivery to the original purchaser. I purchased a bale spear (two prong) and asked if they could bring the spears in a couple of inches (about 34” on center) in order to allow me to use this attachment periodically as a pallet fork. Within the first week of having the attachment, I was able to safely and comfortably grab a 1,000 lb flail mower off the back of a truck. This thing is SOLID – expect good things from this for years to come. The actual ship time happened to be much quicker than expected, but the service and advice leading to the purchase and the quality of the implement are really what earned the 5 stars…quick shipping was just a bonus. Will buy from them again.

I had a 3rd valve function put on in preparation for a grapple. I then researched grapples for months from planned uses and what made sense for my Mahindra 3016 as to weight and size. Stringer fitted my perceived uses and tractor capabilities. Hence, I called Stinger and spoke with Brendt. Patiently, he listened as I discussed my concerns, needs and expectations. After my education from him, I made an informed decision. To my surprise he asked me about connection types on my tractor and a lot of other questions to make sure when my grapple arrived it was plug and play. He inquired about my 3rd valve, and I told him the kit and where I bought it. He researched the kit called back and knew exactly what I needed.
My grapple arrived well packaged. I had a followed-up call to Brendt with a minor concern and he addressed it immediately. The grapple hooked up perfectly and I then put it through its paces. It has done a lot of work since then. It was all I expected from functionality and sturdiness. Very pleased with the product and the customer service that came with it.
