I recently purchased a Compact Tree Puller (STP 34) from Stinger Attachments. This is the second attachment I have purchased from them. Several years ago I bought a Compact Clam Grapple (CCG 66). My review applies to both attachments. The design of both attachments is excellent, the manufacturing quality is exceptional, and last but not least, the customer service from the time I spoke to them through the delivery was first class. Within two days after I placed the order, the tree puller was on my tractor and in use. In addition, they are made in the USA. Of all of the attachments I have, these are two of the most valuable/useful. I completely recommend Stinger Attachments if you are considering the purchase of either of these implements.

Finally getting to use the grapple after having it all year and getting hydraulic lines run to rear remote. Will be a great help moving small trees, large limbs, boulders and digging out brush and trees.

Bought a 56” grapple and a stump post puller! Both exceeding my expectations! Both pieces hooked up easy, hydraulics were good. No leaks! Very easy to use, within a few minutes was picking up full loads. It was very easy to work with Brent took time to answer my questions which led me to purchase! Had 18 pine trees blown down by Helene in North Carolina some were 16” to 18” at used both attachments to clean up mess both working flawlessly!

I have one. I bought it because it looked both heavy duty and safer with a mounted guard that comes standard. I had to wait for delivery and as of now still don’t know quality of others. I’ve had heavy equipment in business before retirement and this one in my opinion is actually heavy duty. It is heavy enough that you can tear up your tractor/skid steer if not attentive. I have a John Deere 4052 R which is a 52 hp tractor. I have a John Deere style Quick-Tatch and bought a Chinese skid steer adapter. I immediately destroyed the adapter and had it repaired and beefed up. I tried to buy a JD adapter but had to wait for it to be manufactured. I did not wait. The beefed up adapter works good. I’m sure I have more money in it now than a JD unit but J D needs to get with the sales program. This tree puller is top quality and best of all-American Made. Welds and quality are top notch. You must be careful not to stress your power unit (tractor/skid steer) and break something as it is tougher than they are. I highly recommend one of these if you are in the market. They are unique and everyone that’s sees me using it is amazed at what it can do.

Fantastic! Works awesome. Lots of fun. Takes a little practice. Very dangerous to grab the tree and try to pull with the tractor in reverse! A heavy tree will stay in the ground and lift the back tires of my 2019 New Holland Work Master 70 with a box blade on and fluid in the tires.
Step 1: Push over the tree with the jaws OPEN to protect the piston. Push with the upper safety guard with the jaws pointed down at a 45-degree angle.
Step 2: (Optional) Cut the tree in half with a chainsaw (safe advice I have never done).
Step 3: Back up and grab the trunk. If the tree has a skinny trunk, drop the RPMs down very low to avoid cutting the tree in half.
Step 4: Lift the loader while going forward. The tree will come out.
The skid steer tree puller features a 42-inch jaw length with a 34-inch wide opening, allowing the operator to secure up to a 10-inch diameter tree in the back of the jaws. Our tree puller’s large capacity provides increased clamping force and pulling power over most conventional tree pullers. The 8-inch front steel plates close tightly together to secure smaller diameter objects that most similar attachments cannot handle.
The front spade is highly beneficial for digging out areas with obstacles that prevent the operator from accessing the tree directly. Our skid steer attachment is perfect for applications that need a tool for fast and efficient tree removal, like farm projects, orchard picking, large-scale landscaping, forestry work and more. Its versatility also works well for tasks like stump removal, stubborn tree roots, removing heavy debris, grabbing large rocks, pulling out fence posts and eliminating overgrown weeds.
Because safety is among our highest priorities, we fit this attachment with a durable and sturdy 20-inch tall by 24-inch wide tree guard welded to the main frame to enhance operator safety. The stump puller also contains a convenient step on the left side for easy skid steer loader access. The entire attachment design allows you to work safely and effectively with maximum visibility.
We engineer this attachment for maximum productivity with your skid steer loader’s specifications and performance in mind. Our tree puller delivers superior power with the ability to remove a bush or tree’s entire root system, ensuring permanent elimination.
The tree puller’s approximate weight is 450 pounds, and it features Grade 50 steel with premium hardware and other high-quality components. The main pivot pin uses a 1 ½-inch cold-rolled steel shaft inside a 3/8-inch thick sidewall bushing. All the pivot points contain highly accessible grease zerks.
Other key features include:
¾-inch thick, fully welded jaws.
3-inch by 3-inch square tubing on the main frame.
3/8-inch gussets.
A 6-inch by 6-inch by ¾-inch front spade.
8-inch by ¾-inch flat-bar plates connected to the jaws for securing smaller objects.
All our attachments include a universal mounting system for quick installation onto many skid steer models, including machines from manufacturers like John Deere, New Holland, Global and Euro. We also offer a one-year warranty on our attachments, giving you peace of mind when committing to your purchase.

Will Buy From Them Again
I purchased a bale spear (two prong) and asked if they could bring the spears in a couple of inches (about 34” on center) in order to allow me to use this attachment periodically as a pallet fork. Within the first week of having the attachment, I was able to safely and comfortably grab a 1,000 lb flail mower off the back of a truck. This thing is SOLID – expect good things from this for years to come. The actual ship time happened to be much quicker than expected, but the service and advice leading to the purchase and the quality of the implement are really what earned the 5 stars…quick shipping was just a bonus. Will buy from them again.
